[求助] 投journal of vibration and control 悲剧了已有2人参与

Dear Mr. Chen:

I write you in regards to manuscript # JVC-17-0280 entitled "Analyses and experiments on a passive vibration isolator composed of a cable network and fluid damper" which you submitted to the Journal of Vibration and Control.

I have had a chance to review the paper and regret to inform you that it requires an extensive amount of linguistic revisions to make it suitable for our review process.? As it currently stands, I am unable to send the paper for reviews.
?
I suggest that you thoroughly revise the paper's writing and have it proofread by someone that is fluent in written English.

I am hoping that this action expedites any future publication of the paper that you may be planning.? Thank you for considering the Journal of Vibration and Control for publishing your research results.
