我3月15日投稿了国际生物大分子，4月3号就收到邮件，内容如下”I am pleased to inform you that I have received all the required reviews, which I will now evaluate before making a decision on your manuscript referenced above.
In the event that I need to seek the opinion of an additional reviewer, you may see the status of your manuscript revert briefly from'Ready for Decision'to'Under Review'.”可是都过去四十多天了，从这个邮件到现在一直还是“ready for decision”，这是什么状况啊？我该催稿吗？请各路大侠们指点迷津啊～
