Preparation:        Alternate layers of Co and Cu were vacuum sputtered onto a freshly cleaved Na Cl single crystal at 200 C to a thickness of 400$AN for 8 layers. Self-supported films were annealed at 250 C for 1 hour in a TEM.
General:        Preparation technique produces elemental hcp Co as an impurity.
General:        Co0.26 Cu0.74 gives a similar pattern a=3.58.
