PhD Opening for Fall 2017 at University of Houston Soft Wearable Electronics group at University of Houston (Houston, Texas, USA) currently has one PhD open position for the Fall 2017 semester. The first year will be an endowed fellowship of $25,000 plus tuition waiver. Website: http://www.me.uh.edu/faculty/yu Candidates with prior training and research experience in one of the following areas will be considered as priority: 1) Biomedical electronics, implantable devices 2) 2D semiconductors: growth, synthesis, device fabrication and characterization 3) Organic electronics, inorganic electronics: materials and devices Requirement: A master degree or at least 2-years research experience.
