IEEE trans. signal processing rq后被拒可以重投吗 已有1人参与

IEEE trans. signal processing rq后被拒，但AE没有提到鼓励重投之类的，请问各位大神，这种情况我修改后还可以重投吗？或者说，这种决定信就代表不让重投了？具体的意见如下 I am writing to you concerning the above referenced manuscript, which you submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing. 可以重投一次的，但是必须把reject的那个人的所有问题都搞定。换个期刊投的话，还少这2个支持者。第一轮大修，那个人给的是据稿吗？ 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
