做硝化反应的过渡态。。。怎么以原子间的距离为反应坐标？ 已有1人参与

The distance between the nitrogen atom of the nitronium ion and the attacked carbon atom was chosen as the reaction coordinate (RC). Points of the reaction profile were obtained by freezing the reaction coordinate and optimizing the rest of the internal coordinates simultaneously. 看了一篇文献提到以距离为反应坐标，箱试一下但不知道怎么输入，希望大神给个指点  |

既然说了'by freezing the reaction coordinate, and rest of the internal coordinates' 也就是说应该使用了 opt=modredundant 做了柔性扫描。 之前又说用氮原子距离作为reaction coordinate 也就是说沿着 N-N 作为柔性扫描。比如说 %chk=... %mem=... %nproc=... # opt=modredundant b3lyp/6-311g title 0 1 N 0.0 0.0 0.0 N 1.0 1.0 1.0 H 2.0 2.0 2.0 B 1 2 S 100 0.05 (从初始N-N距离开始，每0.05埃 算一次opt，算100个点 ） 这样扫出来一根势能曲线 那么顶点就是过渡态大概的样子。 |
