                       合成气一步法制二甲醚的研究
      二甲醚不仅可作为理想的清洁替代能源,还是重要的化工原料。合成气直接生产二甲醚打破了甲醇合成反应的热力学限制,提高了合成气的单程转化率,并且在工艺路线中具有明显优势。合成气直接制二甲醚的催化剂称之为双功能催化剂,即同时具有甲醇合成功能和甲醇脱水功能。如果甲醇合成组分和甲醇脱水组分相互匹配产生“协同效应”,那么催化剂就具有良好的活性和选择性。所以,研发出性能良好的双功能催化剂具有重要的学术价值和应用价值。

Direct synthesis of dimethyl ether as catalyst, double function catalyst with methanol synthesis function and methanol dehydration function. If the methanol synthesis components and methanol dehydration matching component "synergy, catalyst is good activity and selectivity. Therefore, the development of the double function catalyst has important academic value and practical value.

Studies on the one-step preparation of dimethyl ether from syngas

      二甲醚不仅可作为理想的清洁替代能源,还是重要的化工原料。合成气直接生产二甲醚打破了甲醇合成反应的热力学限制,提高了合成气的单程转化率,并且在工艺路线中具有明显优势。合成气直接制二甲醚的催化剂称之为双功能催化剂,即同时具有甲醇合成功能和甲醇脱水功能。如果甲醇合成组分和甲醇脱水组分相互匹配产生“协同效应”,那么催化剂就具有良好的活性和选择性。所以,研发出性能良好的双功能催化剂具有重要的学术价值和应用价值。
     Dimethyl ether is not only ideal clean energy source, but important chemical materials. The method for the production of dimethyl ether directly from syngas is not limited by thermodynamics like methanol, together with high conversion per pass and good processing route. The catalyst is called bis-function catalyst which catalyzes both the synthesis dehydration of methanol. The catalyst will has good activity and selectivity if the synthesis and dehydration of methanol are "synergic". Therefore, study on the bis-function catalyst with good property is significant in academia as well as application.

     本论文采用固定床反应器,对合成二甲醚双功能催化剂及其工艺条件进行了研究。通过催化剂评价,确定了催化剂中甲醇合成组分之间的摩尔比以及甲醇合成组分和甲醇脱水组分之间的最佳配比。采用机械混合法、共沉淀沉积法、胶体沉积法和胶体浸渍法制备了一系列催化剂,其中添加了A、B和C助剂,考察了不同制备方法和助剂对催化剂活性和选择性的影响,用XRD衍射仪对催化剂进行了表征。最后,考察了温度、压力和空速等工艺条件对合成二甲醚双功能催化剂活性和选择性的影响,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件。
加上一句哈:世界二甲醚的主要生产厂家状况       单位:千吨/天

The synthesis and processing conditions of the bis-function catalyst for dimethyl ether were studied by using fixed bed reactor in the paper. The optimal molar ratio of the components of methanol synthesis as well as that  of methanol synthesis and methanol dehydration. A series of catalysts were prepared utilizing mechanical mixed method, chemical co-precipitation depositon method, colloid deposition method and colloid impregnation mehtod, respectively. Auxiliary agent A, B and C were also used. The influence of different preparation method and auxiliary agent on the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were researched, and the characterizaton of the catalyst was performed by XRD diffractor. Finally, effect of the factors such as temperature, pressure and space velocity on the  activity and selectivity of the catalyst were studied, and the optimized processing conditions were obtained.

结果发现,铜锌铝摩尔比为a:b:c的催化剂活性最好,甲醇合成和甲醇脱水组分重量比为a:b时,合成二甲醚催化剂的活性最高,二甲醚选择性最大。根据催化剂的活性和选择性得出催化剂制备方法优劣顺序如下:a>b>c>d。在机械混合法中添加了A、B和C助剂,根据催化剂的活性和选择性得出助剂优劣顺序如下:A>B>C。胶体浸渍法中添加的A、B和C助剂优劣顺序与机械混合法的一致:A>B>C。在机械混合法、共沉淀沉积法、胶体沉积法和胶体浸渍法制备的二甲醚合成催化剂中添加不同含量的A助剂,根据催化剂的活性和选择性得出A助剂的最优添加量为a%。确定了合成二甲醚反应达到平衡时间为ah,合成二甲醚双功能催化剂的最佳工艺条件:t=a℃,P=bMPa,n(H2)/n(CO)=c,空速为dh-1。

不好意思, 首先更正一下: 双催化剂应译为 bifunctional catalyst.
第三部分:
The results indicate that the catalyst avtivity is the highest when the molar ratio of copper, zinc and aluminum is a:b:c, and the weight ratio a:b of the components of methanol synthesis and methanol dehydration corresponds to the best catalyst activity and selectivity of dimethyl ether. Various preparative methods were listed as follows according to the catalyst activity and selectivity:  colloid impregnation method > colloid deposition method > co-percipitation deposition method > mechanical mixed method. Auxiliary agent A, B and C were added in the mechanical mixed method, respectively. The function of auxiliary agent was given in a decreasing order:
A>B>C. The same order of the auxiliary agents was obtained in colloid impregnation method, i.e. A>B>C.  After different contents of auxiliary agent A were used in the mechanical mixed method, co-percipitation deposition method,  colloid deposition method and colloid impregnation method, the optimal content of A is a% according to the catalyst activity and selectivity. The reaction equilibrium time for dimethyl synthesis was a h, and the optimal synthetic conditions of dimethyl ether bifunctional catalyst were: t=a℃,P=bMPa,n(H2)/n(CO)=c,space velocity d h-1。
