| 摘 要：通过正交实验探讨了有机添加剂种类及添加量对а-A12O3管式微滤膜支撑体成型的影响，并对烧成后的支撑体进行了孔隙率和抗折强度的测试，以及用扫描电镜分析了样品的微观结构。结果表明：当甘油为6wt%，羟丙基甲基纤维素（HPMC）为6wt%和无水乙醇为3wt%以及外加20~25wt%水，支撑体的孔隙率达到50.1%，抗折强度为52.4 MPa，制备的支撑体孔径分布均匀、无缺陷。 |

Abstract: The effects of organic additive category and its content on the underprop figuration of the α- Al2O3 tubular micro-filter film were investigated with Orthogonal Technique. The sample’s micro-structure were analyzed by Scan Electron Microscope. The ratio of the hole and anti-fold strength of the burned underprop were tested. The results show that the prepared underprop has a homogeneous aperture distribution, no flaw, with its ratio of the hole up to 50.1 percent, anti-fold strength up to 52.4 MPa, when the quality percent of glycerin is 6, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC) is 6, anhydrous ethanol is 3 and water is 20-25. |

The influence of organic additive’s type and content over the formation of α- Al2O3 tubular micro-filter film underprop was investigated by means of Orthogonal experimental design. The underprop was tested on the porosity and folding strength and observed inside micro-structure by using Scan Electron Microscope. The results indicate that the finished underprop has a symmetrical and flawless aperture distribution, with 50.1% porosity , folding strength of 52.4 MPa ,when organic additive ‘s content was set as glycerin at 6wt%, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC) at 6wt%, anhydrous ethanol at 3wt% , and water at 20~25 wt%.
