over the same speed range the more pulses you take from the machine the higher the efficiency. This is a common sense conclusion and not worthy of publication. Clearly if you do not discharge the machine at all but let it coast from one speed to the other it will have zero efficiency as all the energy goes into losses. 2) The paper is written very poorly with too many spelling and grammatical errors, too numerous to point out. 3)Author uses coordinate systems in expressions without once explaining the placement of the coordinates relative to the machine. 4)There is no new material or information of value that can be gleaned from this paper.
