we cannot pass on your manuscript to peer reviewers, since it is not properly formatted and reads much more like a technical report. The topic of the manuscript is certainly of interest for our journal but in its present form you do not provide a full characterisation of your polymers nor do you demonstrate water shut-off. The data presented have not been discussed in the context of the state-of-the-art nor are error bars provide showing any significant body of work which was conducted. 文章要求在审稿前修改 我的理解： 由于格式不合适，且读起来更像一篇技术报道，不能送交同行评议。我们期刊对文章的题目是肯定感兴趣的，但没有对聚合物目前的形态进行全面描述，也没有演示堵水。没有对当前数据进行讨论，且没有与目前技术水平做对比。 问题：1什么叫技术报道 （technical report）？ 2我理解的对不？ 盼大家看看，发表宝贵意见，以便我们的文章能更好、精准达到编辑的意思。 |
