Emerging Nanoelectronics Research Group

The Emerging Nanoelectronics Research Group focuses on exploration of nano-scale low-dimensional materials and their advanced applications in electronics and optoelectronics. The group has two Ph.D. open positions starting from Fall 2017 for self-motivated students who is interested in nanomaterials, nanoelectronics and nanotechnology. Candidates should have earned a Bachelor or Master Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
