PhD open positions at University at Buffalo, Depart. of Electrical Engineering

Emerging Nanoelectronics Research Group Department of Electrical Engineering School of Engineering and Applied Sciences University at Buffalo The Emerging Nanoelectronics Research Group focuses on exploration of nano-scale low-dimensional materials and their advanced applications in electronics and optoelectronics. The group has two Ph.D. open positions starting from Fall 2017 for self-motivated students who is interested in nanomaterials, nanoelectronics and nanotechnology. Candidates should have earned a Bachelor or Master Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
