【求助】sorption模块的help文件中有些不明白，请教

Conformer: Specify the Ratio of the conformer step type to be used in the simulation. The conformer step type is only used for sorbate components for which a trajectory of conformers is supplied. Translate: Specify the Ratio and maximum Amplitude, in Å, of the translation step type to be used in the simulation. When the Rescale checkbox is checked, the Amplitude of the translation step type will be continuously adjusted, starting from the specified value, throughout the simulation in order to maintain an acceptance rate of approximately 50%. 看不明白这两段话，请指点！ 谢谢 [ Last edited by freshgirl on 2009-6-25 at 15:47 ] |
