本人做了碳材料掺杂改性，掺杂元素有氮和氧，我用扫描中的EDS面扫来证明碳氮氧的均匀分布，但审稿人给出的意见是
EDS mapping can not confirm the uniform distribution of C, N, O because of the low sensitivity
for light elements of EDS analysis. Other analysis should be provided for confirming that.
还有什么其他的测试方法来证明吗？
