我现在其实想用vasp计算NiSi 看到一篇帖子 说用下面的方法可以建立poscar 现在有了ms，建模就非常简单了。 ms中建好模型后，点castet calculation，点files，之后save files 之后到保存文件的地方，就会有个cell文件出现，是个隐藏文件。 这下好了，无论多复杂的结构，有了ms，poscar文件就很容易输入了。 刚学vasp地时候，自己手工输入poscar怕有错，现在应该不用担心了 poscar就直接用ms的cell文件 哪位高手可以帮我运行一下发个poscar 给我 我可以把所有金币都给你 用于建模的cif文件 data_95448-ICSD #?2008 by Fachinformationszentrum Karlsruhe, and the U.S. Secretary of #Commerce on behalf of the United States.
