藁本内脂,ligustilide,又称东当归酞内酯。微黄色带香味的油状物。沸点168～169℃(800Pa)。折射率nD251.5649。来源于伞形科植物东当归(Ligusticum dcutilobum Sieb.et Zucc.)，川芎(L.walli chii Franch.)中性油，当归[Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels]的根等。动物实验显示具有明显的平喘作用及中枢神经系统抑制作用。 3-Butylidene-4,5-dihydro-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone. 3-Butylidene-4,5-dihydrophthalide.
