请各位虫友帮忙翻译一下下面的三段话。 “但是目前检测A物质的质谱检测方法都存在一定的缺陷。有些方法虽然可以检测A物质的含量，但是无法对A物质进行物质结构定性；有些方法是用来对多种抗生素进行筛查，不适合对A物质进行定量检测。” “根据A物质的物化性质及HILIC色谱柱的特点，选择在pH值为酸性的范围内对流动相的pH值进行优化。” “我对文献中的研究内容进行了分析说明。但是由于文献中的研究内容属于多种抗生素筛查试验，与本实验的目的有一定的差别，因此我将该部分的说明放在了前言部分进行了比较说明。” |

However, there is disadvantages in the current MS method for the detection of compound A. For example, there are methods to measure the amount of A, but no structural information (物质结构定性) could be obtained. Also, there are screening processes to analyze multi-types of antibiotic (多种抗生素进行筛查), but none of them can quantify the A compound. Based on the physical and chemical properties of A and the characteristic of HILIC column, our group decided to optimize the pH of the mobile phase under an acidic condition (酸性的范围). I have analyzed the literature precedents (文献中的研究内容). Since there is difference between aims of this current study and those have been reported, which were mostly focused on the screening processes for multi-types of antibiotics, the analysis and comparison (比较说明) of the literature precedents has been included in the introduction section (前言部分). |
