不知道你具体是什么地方出错，只要打开一个新的3D窗口就可以使用工具中的小铅笔样按钮开始画小分子了，并且2楼所说的不能做简单优化的问题： Structure | Clean Geometry Structure | Clean Geometry uses a fast, Dreiding-like forcefield to optimize the geometry of all, or selected, structures in the 3D Window. The element, bond orders, number of bonds, and valence are taken into consideration when the terms of the energy equation are calculated. 也是使用这个就可以吧。 |
