以色列希伯来大学(Hebrew University)招生物理-自旋电子学spintronics方向CSC博士

Conventional CMOS electronics we have been using for several decades already, are based on the electron's charge property. The electron, however, can also“spin”. In the fascinating field of spintronics we learn how to control the electrons's spin to reinvent the future of electronics. We would like to invite you to join our team to explore the captivating world of spintronics and discover novel methods to manipulate the spin degree of freedom in novel devices using electrical, magnetic, and optical means. Our laboratory is seeking for highly motivated and creative young scientists to carry out their PhD projects in a dynamical, exciting, and supporting environment. The projects involve film growing and fabrication of atomically engineered devices; construction of state-of-the-art experimental apparatus using ultrafast high power lasers and high frequency electronics; modeling and simulation.
