摘要
The chemical composition, mineral phase and microstructure of LF slag were characterized and the feasibility of using carbonization LF slag to manufacture fluxing agent and zeolites was analyzed. The results showed that CaO, MgO, SiO2 and Al2O3 are the main components and calcium (magnesium) silicate and calcium (magnesium) aluminate are the main mineral phases of LF slag. Through carbonization and alkaline extraction processes, the CaO and MgO in solid state is feasible to be returned into the metallurgical process as fluxing agent and the SiO2 and Al2O3 in solution state can be utilized as the materials of zeolites synthesis.
