第一次投稿Rock mechanics and rock engineering, 悲催的被据稿了，大家帮忙看看编辑的意见，如果改投technical note会有多大的机会？ With regret, I must inform you that, based on the advice received, your manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering. The paper is in general well written and well presented. However, the two reviewers are of the opinion that it is too superficial scientifically and not sufficiently robust to be presented as a full paper. Basically re the original work, no repetition of tests to demonstrate repeatability. Conclusions are speculative and specific to the tests with no general application or interest. With the above in mind, I invite you to submit the test data (with added comments on limitations/repeatability etc.) as a technical note. Please see our guidelines on the web for this type of submission. |
