1. 针对实验中对甲基苯磺酸盐的问题，我们以2-naphthol, adenine and a benzaldehyde三组分反应为模板反应，做了两组平行实验，其中一组反应后用了碱水中和产率为80.3%，另一组没用碱水中和产率为80%，产率相差不大，而且催化剂的用量又少，所以我认为没必要中和反应。 2. 一些产物为中等产率，通过TLC监测发现还是没有反应的原料，我们把这些反应延长反应时间至72小时，产率基本没有发生没化，所以最后我就结束反应。 |

1. To address the issue of salt of p-toluenesulfonate, we did a model reaction with 2-naphthol, adenine and a benzaldehyde as the reactants in two parallel experiments: one with base neutralization, and one without. The yields are 80.3 and 80.0%, respectively, showed little difference. Since the amount of catalyst is very small, it is our view that there is no need to neutralize the reaction. 2. For some reactions with moderate yields, it is because that the reactants did not participate the reaction, as shown with TLC analysis. Prolong the reaction time up to 72 hrs did not improve the yields. Therefore the reactions were stopped. |
