上半年投了一篇IEEE 汇刊，修改了1次，主编给了Accept With Minor Changes, 且在决议信里写明 *** has gone through the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics review process and publication is recommended for acceptance IF some minor revisions are made. The paper will not be sent out again to the reviewers - the AE and I will make sure the changes have been made, and return a final decision. 按照审稿意见修改后提交，AE又送了外审，请问哪位虫友遇到过这种情况，谢谢！ |

帮你问了意得辑国外的专家，他们说这种情况还并不是罕见的，AE有时候对稿件是否接受也不是完全确定。AE为了避免不公平也不想直接就把楼主拒了就把稿件又拿去二审了。小修一般来说都不会有二审，但是这个“一般来说”还是不“一般来说”可能就看AE的心情了。 意得辑专家回信原文：This was possibly because even after the revisions were made, the AE was not very sure whether the manuscript was suitable for publication. However, he/she did not want to reject it immediately and decided to send it for another round of review just to ensure that the paper gets a fair chance at publication. Generally, manuscripts with minor revisions are not sent for another round of review. However, the final call lies with the AE, and if he/she can send it for review once again if he/she feels the need to. |
