大家帮我看看，有类似的经历吗？

是这样的，本人最近投稿，期刊是computers and structures，开始是两人审稿，有一个认为稿件还行，另一个直接拒稿，但是他的审稿意见在附件中， 我看不见，根据主编返回的意见，这附件中应该是机密意见（confidential comments）。 由于我这篇稿件对现有模型有一定程度的负面评价，对于其中的一种，负面评价较多（但是绝对客观，而且说明了原因）。所以，我担心会不会是稿件 落到了那一派人手中，然后被拒稿？ 而且，主编给我的回复是这样： The policy of the journal is to only accept papers that are recommended for publication - this means that all reviewers of a paper must recommend publication. From the reviewer comments and the confidential comments submitted to me directly it is apparent that at least one of the reviewers does not recommend publication. For your guidance, the reviewer's comments are included below. Thank you for your interest in the journal. I hope that I will hear from you at some point in the future regarding another paper (please, not a revision of the one addressed in this email) that you would like to have considered for publication. 该稿件的修改版本他也不接受了(please, not a revision of the one addressed in this email)，各位虫友论文投稿有没有遇到过类似的情况啊， 而且，这样的稿件再投其他的期刊，会不会得罪人，感觉打击面有点大？ |
