为了进一步对玻璃结构以及热处理后Eu3+离子转变为Eu2+离子参与到玻璃结构中,我们测试了SEA-2在不同温度下热处理的红外红谱图,从图中我们可以看出,在560℃下热处理之后,红外光谱在800cm-1处出现一个峰,我们将此峰归结于Si-O-Eu与Al-O-Eu的伸缩振动峰,而在600℃下热处理后,红外光谱在570cm-1附近出现一个小峰,作者把此处归属于O-Eu-O的弯曲振动峰,随着热处理温度的升高,一部分Eu3+离子进入玻璃结构中与非桥氧键结合形成Eu2+,使得玻璃内部缺陷减少,红外光谱向高波数方向移动,同时也使得Eu3+离子发光减弱而Eu2+发光增强。在620℃热处理后,玻璃中的氟化物晶体析出,使得Eu2+与Eu3+离子进入晶体中,两种价态的Eu离子发光都有所增强。

In order to study the structure of glass and the process of conversion from Eu3+ to Eu2+ and subsequent  incorporation into glass structure, we measured SEA-2 samples that were treated under different temperatures by using  IR  spectrometry. Under 560℃, a peak at 800 cm-1 emerged, which  was assigned as the Si-O-Eu and Al-O-Eu stretching vibration band; Under 600 ℃ a peak near 570 cm-1 appeared which was assigned as O-Eu-O bending vibration band. As the heating temperature raised, a portion of Eu3+ ions entered the glass structure and were involved in non bridging bonding and formed Eu2+, which reduced the internal defects in glass, resulted in a shift of IR spectrum towards higher wave number, at the same time, a decrease in Eu3+-dependent emission and increase in Eu2+-dependent emission. Under 620℃, fluoride started to crystallize out, made room for Eu2+ and Eu3+ ions to enter the crystal cells, resulted in an enhanced emission for both Eu ions.
