[交流] 审稿意见怎样回复-求指教 已有1人参与

小虫做了个吸附剂材料并用于前处理。在制备材料的过程中需要使用有机溶剂和反应时间。在introduction中与传统溶剂萃取方法进行了比较，突出该材料可以降低溶剂使用量和减少前处理时间的优点。 于是有一个审稿人提出了这样的问题： The validation needs to include also time, if you want to compare this method with others time is a critical quality parameter too (not only the GC-MS but the whole method)； your particles need also reagents such as organic solvents to be synthetized and solvents for the activation and analytes elution. The process must be studied entirely, including all the different steps. 我觉得审稿人说的有道理，但是制备材料难免要用到有机溶剂，也需要时间。如果按照审稿人的建议修改，那就是给自己挖坑了呀（然后活埋了自己）。 只是怎样回复才比较好呢，请虫友指教啊
