After normal peer-review process, selected full-length papers will be published in the special issues of SCI cited journals. ==Submission== Deadline of abstract submission : 15th January, 2009 All abstracts must be submitted on-line via http://smart-nano.org/smn2009. All manuscripts must be submitted on-line via MySPIE (http://myspie.org/submission/ind ... mp;EventId=871601).
