我以前是零点花园会议版的版主，曾经做过一些管理工作！有些许体会！
1.国际国内会议信息很多，每个会议网站或论坛都有它自己的分类标准，要在众多的分类标准上提取可施行的的自己的分类标准，并且应该尽量概括全部会议信息。
2.对于会议信息不是简单的复制与粘帖，那样的话还不如给你几个会议网站，自己去看好了，不用占小木虫的空间。我认为对会议信息应该加以提炼和加工，这就要求版主对会议信息的搜集必须全而精。
3.大部分人对于会议所取得的结果不甚了解，当然要知道会议所取的学术成果也是有点困难的，但这是这个是建设会议版所不能或缺的因素！
4.制作会议月鉴或季鉴！

原来主要上研学论坛“会议”版，现在人家关闭了，所幸这里又新开此版了。呵呵，肯定会吸引很多人光临的!具体操作可以参照原“研学论坛”特色，取长补短!

会议背景介绍： The 2009 IEEE International Conference on Mechatronics and Automation (ICMA 2009) will take place in Changchun, Jilin, China from August 9 to August 12, 2009. A renowned ancient city in China, Changchun is situated in northeastern China. As the capital of Jilin province, Changchun is known as the cradle of new China's automobile industry, optoelectronics technology and biological technology, applied chemistry and so on. It ranks predominantly China in terms of the research and development on optics, exactitude apparatus, laser technique, macromolecule material,biological products, super conduct and automobile, etc.
As the host city of ICMA 2009, Changchun not only provides the attendees with a great venue for this event, but also an unparallel experience in Chinese history and culture. You are cordially invited to join us at IEEE ICMA 2009 in Changchun to live this unique experience.

Contributed Papers: All papers must be submitted in PDF format prepared strictly following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for IEEE Xplore®. The standard number of pages is 6 and the maximum page limit is 8 pages with extra payment for the two extra pages. See detailed instructions in the conference web site. All paper accepted by IEEE ICMA 2009 will be indexed by EI and included in IEEE Xplore®.

征文范围及要求： The objective of ICMA 2009 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and government officials involved in the general areas of mechatronics, robotics, automation and sensors to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields.
