博导催提交申请，求请大家给点建议

今天收到博导回复，很激动。发现博导升职了，现在是学院的副院长，reader。希望有经验的同学能给点建议，不胜感激！ 内容大致如下： 一是表示我的选题可以指导； 二是要我尽快申请，避免高峰期； 三是准备申请材料，特别是英语成绩证明； 四是提了研究计划的修改建议。 想问下： （1）可以先回复导师问他推荐信是我发邮件问推荐人要吗？模板系里会给吗？ （2）雅思我考了2次，都是Overall6分，这次我复议了，成绩要等到12月份中旬出来。我该怎跟他说呢？还是先提交考了6分的成绩单呢？可以问他先不提交成绩单给conditional offer吗 贴上回复原文： Thank you for your email and the attached documentation including a draft proposal and your continued interest in Phd study in the Department. What you propose does seem very interesting and potentially something I would be interested in working with you on. As I previously wrote the important part will now to make a formal application (http://www.XXgraduate/apply). To speed up the process please ensure that all that parts (transcripts, referees reports, etc) are uploaded as quickly as possible otherwise applications can get stuck in the central admissions process. Once your application has been passed and approved centrally it will be passed to the department for consideration and interview. If this all goes well then we will be able to offer you a place. Please note that you will also have to provide proof of English language proficiency. In terms of the proposal itself, the research questions and subject matter are interesting but you need to explain what our approach to collect the data to answer these questions. You talk about doing a case study approach (fine) but what does that mean in more practical and detailed terms about what you are going to be study your cases?
