正式offer letter上是这么写的：
After acceptance of the offer, you will be required to physically be present at the XXX Lab to begin your position by November 1, 2016, otherwise this offer will expire.
我后来签字接受了，但是美方学校昨天刚给我办好2019表，显然我不可能今天就去报到。
按经验我们这边的人办签证一般都会被check一个月以上。
我现在也不太想去这个学校了，会不会损RP？（说实话，当初不太满意这个offer，签字接受的时候也是因为这句话，觉得不去也有借口）
如果不去，怎么跟他说比较好？
