| The samples were accurately weighted, dissolved in 70% (?酒精 alcohol), then diluted to 1000μg/mL stock solution, from which a series of 2.5-10ug/mL solution were prepared in sterile PBS（pH=8.0）. The antibacterial titers were measured with Dual-Dosage method: C1 is the titer of the testing sample, C2 is the titer of the standard solution, X1 is the diameter of zone of inhibition from the high dosage testing sample, X2 is the zone of inhibition from the low dosage testing sample . X3 is the diameter of zone of inhibition from the high dosage standard, and X4 is the zone of inhibition from the low dosage standard. Y stands for the ratios between high dosage samples and low dosage samples. |
