请虫友帮忙翻译一下下面的文字： “精密称取样品适量，加70%水溶解并定量稀释制成1000μg/mL的溶液，再用灭菌磷酸盐缓冲液（pH=8.0）定量稀释制成浓度范围为2.5-10μg/mL的溶液，利用二剂量法进行测定。 C1为样品溶液的效价，C2为标准溶液的效价，X1为高剂量样品溶液所致的抑菌圈直径；X2为低剂量样品溶液所致的抑菌圈直径；X3为高剂量标准溶液所致的抑菌圈直径；X4为低剂量标准溶液所致的抑菌圈直径；Y为高剂量倍数与低剂量倍数的比值。” |

| The samples were accurately weighted, dissolved in 70% (?酒精 alcohol), then diluted to 1000μg/mL stock solution, from which a series of 2.5-10ug/mL solution were prepared in sterile PBS（pH=8.0）. The antibacterial titers were measured with Dual-Dosage method: C1 is the titer of the testing sample, C2 is the titer of the standard solution, X1 is the diameter of zone of inhibition from the high dosage testing sample, X2 is the zone of inhibition from the low dosage testing sample . X3 is the diameter of zone of inhibition from the high dosage standard, and X4 is the zone of inhibition from the low dosage standard. Y stands for the ratios between high dosage samples and low dosage samples. |
