请虫友帮忙翻译一下 将物质A粗品用适量的丙酮溶解，加入适量柱层析用硅胶，充分混合，减压旋转蒸干，让物质A粗品完全吸附在硅胶上。另取一定量硅胶放入层析柱中，以丙酮为溶剂进行湿法装柱,最后将吸附了物质A的硅胶置于已经装填好的硅胶柱上层，利用二氯甲烷和丙酮的混合溶剂（添加0.1%氨水）为洗脱剂进行梯度洗脱得到物质A纯品。 |

将物质A 粗品 用适量的 丙酮溶解，加入 适量 柱层析用硅胶，充分混合，减压旋转蒸干，让物质A粗品 完全 吸附在硅胶上。另取 一定量 硅胶 放入 层析柱中，以 丙酮 为溶剂 进行 湿法装柱,最后 将吸附了 物质A 的硅胶 置于 已经装填好的 硅胶柱上层，利用 二氯甲烷 和丙酮的 混合溶剂（添加0.1%氨水）为 洗脱剂 进行 梯度洗脱 得到 物质A纯品。 Disolve crude product of substance A with appropriate quantity of acetone, and then add appropriate amount of column chromatographic silica gel for sufficient mixing. After that, vacuum rotary evaporation was performed to make crude products fully absorbed on silica gel. Subsequently, add appropriate quantity of silica gel into the chromatographic column, and then perform wet packing method using acetone as solvent, and finally place the silica gel which has absorbed substance A on upper layer of silica gel column for gradient elution using the mixture solution of dichloromethane and acetone (with 0.1% ammonia water) as eluent, eventually resulting in pure product of substance A. |
