The organic compounds bearing boronic acid group as the recognition group have been widely used in chemistry and biosensor fields.
Due to the interaction of their hydrogen or covalent bond, they are widely used in the identification and detection of hydroxyl-containing compounds, which have become a hot topic in current field of chemical sensor research.
In this paper, various borate group functionalized derivatives were synthesized for different hydroxyl-containing monosaccharides, inorganic ions, amino acids and other life-ligand molecules according to hot topics in current field of chemistry and biological recognition research.
The research mainly involves:
Design and synthesis of a variety of new functionalized derivatives containing boric acid group;
Preparation of boronic acid group-containing organic boronic derivatives / carbon composites;
Structure characterization of said compounds;
Discussion of spectral traits of said compounds as well as identification function rules. |
