[求助] Elsevier下 Computers & Structures期刊的投稿指导

本人在该期刊投稿被拒，列了几个原因 1.Author name not entered in the system in roman characters and hence cannot be seen，提交时，我注册我的名字，还是什么问题 2.Advice on selecting referees: Authors of CAS submissions must suggest six potential reviewers through the EVISE system please could you do this. Please ensure that the reviewers are not conflicted.  You should not have published papers or books with the persons proposed.  Ideally two of the persons should be members of the CAS editorial board (see the journal home page) if at all possible. The reviewers should generally not come from the same country or be of the same nationality as any of the authors - CAS is an international journal and therefore international referees are required. 让推荐6个，我推荐2个国人。 3.模板问题 大神，给指导一下
