Furthermore, rapid detection technology has been an essential tool in many areas such as sample screening and field test. As a result, the research on rapid detections of chemical hazards has become a hot spot at home and abroad. In this review, the application of rapid detection technology on chemical hazards in aquatic product, focusing on the sample pre-treatment and rapid detections, was summarized and the trends of rapid detection of chemical hazards in aquatic products was discussed. |
