怎么回复老师这样的邮件，以及维也纳医学院博士录取英语要求是C1？

Thank you very much for your email! I am so sorry to say that it is not easy for me to take PhD students at the moment because I run two laboratories in two different countries (Sweden and Austria), and I travel most of the time.. I cannot be an efficient supervisor. I think you deserve a really nice training that will also fit your previous experience. At the moment we also experience a tight funding issues at least in a Stockholm lab. I looked at your CV, and it looks strong and attractive. If you will not find any better lab, we can discuss the opportunity to join my lab at the Center for Brain Research in Vienna, however, this will be possible only if you will get the CSC support. Anyhow, I wish you the best of luck! 这个老师很年轻，现在是副教授，第一篇文章是07年发的，现在一共才二十多篇，CNS各一篇，S那篇是一作，14年发的。我是在卡罗林医学院官网上找的，但是老师现在是让我申维也纳医学院，我查了一下CSC没有直接的合作项目，感觉这种情况申请CSC难度比较大。不知道那边有没有奖学金可以申请的。 |
