Thickness is a really critical factor because plain strain and plain stress conditions are valid for thick and thin films, respectively. Three dimensional stress tensors in plain strain result in development of significant strain through thickness. To release the strain, film starts to delaminate from the wafers. 这段话的意思不太弄懂，厚的粘结层和薄的粘结层 剥离起来有什么区别呢？？那么到底多厚是分界线呢？  |
