在365nm近紫外光激发下,Eu2+在400-550nm蓝绿光波段的发光有明显增强,这归属于在Al还原下,更多Eu3+被还原为Eu2+。随着Al的掺入,玻璃的吸收光谱发生了明显的变化。当Al含量较低时,吸收光谱主要为Eu3+在280nm左右的电荷迁移态的吸收;当Al掺入量增加时,另一个新的吸收峰在320-400nm左右产生并随着Eu2+量的增加一直呈现增强的趋势,将其归属于Eu2+:4f65d→4f7的偶极允许跃迁。

Under excitation with 365 nm near ultraviolet light, there is an increased blue-green light emission from Eu2+ at 400-550nm wavelengths, which is due to Eu3+ reduction by Al into Eu2+. As the content of Al increases, the absorption spectrum had noticeable changes. At lower Al contents, the absorption spectrum was mainly at 280 nm as a result from charge migration. Increased Al content led to another new peak absorption around 320-400 nm, which increased proportionally as the Eu2+ amount increases. We assign this to .Eu2+:4f65d→4f7  allowable dipole transition.

偶极允许跃迁  "allowable dipole transition"  allowable, allowed, permitted 需要查下专业字典
