| Recently, I always wondering my mind when I'm study. I keep telling myself that time is not sufficent enough for me to pay my attention to thing about other things, but I just can't control myself. Maybe I'am a voluneerable man in will. |

Recently, I always wondering my mind when I'm study. What actually you would like to express here? I keep telling myself that time is not sufficent enough for me to pay my attention to thing about other things, but I just can't control myself. -> ... not sufficient enough for me to be distracted by other things, ... Maybe I'am a voluneerable man in will. -> Maybe I'm a mentally vulnerable man. |

I would suggest you to spend a whole day or more on the so-called other things. I also experienced numerous what I called `anxiety day', and my solutions were just let myself be distracted. Playing video games (Starcraft 2 for me), playing basketball, working out, etc. When you're not concentrated on one thing, it's a waste of time even you keep on that particular task for a while. Don't push yourself too hard. |
