WFD requires to implement unified water ecosystem monitoring method to protect ecosystems and biologies in rivers, lakers, and other water bodies, and stipulates that the overall water ecosystem condition is determined by the worst factor of the biological, physical, and chemical quality factors. With regard to the US biological monitoring in which water environment is oriented, the monitoring technology system framework mainly includes population investigation, toxicity test, microorganism testing, and fish tissue pollutants analysis. China can refer the water ecosystem monitoring system construction methods and standard results from home and abroad. |
