对高校大学生 体育权利问题 的探讨
Exploration of Sports Right of College and University Students
摘要：学校体育 的 根本任务是 维护学生的 体育权利，健康权 和 受教育权 是 学生 体育权利的 主要内容。大学生是 高校体育教学活动 的主体，高校管理方 和 体育教师 有义务 保护大学生的 体育权利 不受侵害，但由于 体育立法 的不完善、社会宣传 的不足、体育教师的 漠视、高校管理的 落后 和 大学生对 体育权利 认知的 不足，大学生 体育权利 受侵害的 现象 时常出现。针对 上述状况，提出 完善体育立法、加强 社会宣传、提升 职业道德建设、改革管理模式、提高 权利意识 等 改革措施。
Abstract: The basic task of school physical education is to maintain students' sports right. Right to health and education is the main content of students' sports right. Students are the subject of college and university physical education, of which the sports right should be protected from being infringed by school management and PE teachers. Due to the imperfection of sports legislation, insufficient social propaganda, PE teachers' neglect, backward college management, and students' poor consciousness of sports right, the infringement situation of college students' sports right occurs from time to time. On this basis, we should propose a series of reform measures including improving law legislation, strengthening social propaganda, enhancing professional ethics construction, reforming management mode, increasing consciousness of right.
