关于lammps 计算温度时去除宏观速度的疑问 已有3人参与

关于lammps 计算温度有时去除宏观速度，即subtract a bias?这在shear的例子里有体现，但是某一方向既有宏观速度又有热运动速度啊， 计算温度时简单去掉这个方向的速度分量会不会太粗暴了？况且热运动的速度量级似乎应在~100m/s，远高于宏观速度，这样宏观速度的 影响应该很小？ 求指教，谢谢！ |
