They often coexist in real decision process. So it is a hot topic on processing the two uncertainties in academic and application fields. In this paper, for the multi-objective problems with fuzzy goals and random coefficients, we first analyze the essential characteristics of fuzzy decision and review the effect probability’s preliminaries of fuzzy events. Then we give several effect probabilities (denoted by EP) formulas with normal distribution for special fuzzy events represented by fuzzy numbers. Further, we establish a multi-objective programming model based on EP by regarding fuzzy goals as fuzzy events.
