PhD Positions with full financial support in spring 2017 is available in the Department of Physics and Engineering Physics at the University of Tulsa. We are looking for highly motivated PhD students who are dedicated to the cutting-edge research in optoelectronic materials and devices. The research mainly focuses on optoelectronic materials and devices for energy efficiency and renewable energy, including GaN LED, OLED, Quantum dot LED, Solar Cell, and Solar Hydrogen. The student will learn both theory and experimental skills during their PhD study.
