这是Angew上的一篇关于NHS和甲基丙烯酰氯的合成N-Hydroxysuccinimide methacrylate的反应 实验步骤如下：：：Triethylamine (0.5 mol) and methacryloyl chloride (0.5mol), each in 150 ml of CH,Cl,, are added dropwise with stirring and ice cooling to N-hydroxysuccinimide (0.5 mol) in anhydrous methylene dichloride (200 ml). After 6 hours' stirring at room temperature the precipitated triethylammonium chloride is removed and the filtrate is shaken with, successively,water, a little saturated sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, and again water, dried and evaporated.The residue is recrystallized from ethyl acetate/light petroIeum ;yield 70 g (77%) NHS即（ N-hydroxysuccinimide ）根本就不溶于二氯甲烷，怎么往下做呢，文献有问题么？？？？ |
