溶出HPLC分析方法,验证中专属性，有要求主峰和杂志一定要分开么？

是的，必须分开，专属性试验的目的就是保证主药的含量测定不被其他物质干扰，进而影响测定的准确性。

我读了一片关于溶出方法验证的文章里面写了：
Specificity: For HPLC analysis, resolution of the drug substance from any poteneial excipent and system interference peak should be demonstrated.For a UV-Vis analysis, the absorption of the placebo solution should not be significant.It is important to note that the dissolution test is not ontented to be the stability indicating and will not need to be able to separate degradation peaks from the analyte peak.
最后一句话怎么理解，为什么不用和他的降解产物分开呢？
