我读了一片关于溶出方法验证的文章里面写了： Specificity: For HPLC analysis, resolution of the drug substance from any poteneial excipent and system interference peak should be demonstrated.For a UV-Vis analysis, the absorption of the placebo solution should not be significant.It is important to note that the dissolution test is not ontented to be the stability indicating and will not need to be able to separate degradation peaks from the analyte peak. 最后一句话怎么理解，为什么不用和他的降解产物分开呢？ |
