Workbench模拟稳态下,电极的温度
请教关于利用workbench模拟稳态下,Au电极传热的模拟(附件中名字写错了)。Au电极缠绕有70um的加热铜丝,然后Au电极连接导线,套在POM材料的壳子上,里面填充环氧树脂胶固定。整个电极有2cm插入到冰水浴中(2℃,对流换热系数100),其他暴露在空气中(2℃,对流换热系数12.5)
用workbench里面默认的mechanical,进行划分剖分。
计算时会出现如图3的错误:
“An unknown error occurred during solution. Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes.
”。
错误日志上是这么写的:
“ *** WARNING *** CP = 3.978 TIME= 10:18:34
Element shape checking is currently inactive. Issue SHPP,ON or
SHPP,WARN to reactivate, if desired.

Material number 15 (used by element 53188 ) should normally have at

the global assembled matrix. This may be caused by a bad
temperature-dependent material property used in the model. ”
有人说是约束问题,有人说是网格剖分问题,我的电脑内存只有16G,剖分太精细的话,计算又说超出内存,我觉得有可能是我电极上的加热铜丝太细只有70um,其他的都是毫米级别,造成剖分不好,文件和图片已经上传,请各位大神求解。小弟不胜感激!!!必重谢!![Workbench模拟稳态下,电极的温度]()
