[交流] reject and resubmit！！！求交流修改后重投接收的概率！！！谢谢！！！

之前投的文章给的final decision是reject and resubmit，据稿信见下文，求有经验的大神们帮忙分析一下重投后接收的机率，因为审稿人没有太多意见啊！！！跪谢！

言下之意，工作内容和价值还可以，但是写得不行。审稿人觉得你这篇文章太多内容是介绍别人的，像个review。我的理解是如果你能够厘清楚你文章的逻辑关系，完全重新全面的写，还是有机会的，起码编辑并没有否认你文章的价值，审稿人也没有。

谢谢，审稿人说是补充材料里的总结性表格像是review，需要其他的都改吗?
