reject and resubmit！！！求交流修改后重投接收的概率！！！谢谢！！！

之前投的文章给的final decision是reject and resubmit，据稿信见下文，求有经验的大神们帮忙分析一下重投后接收的机率，因为审稿人没有太多意见啊！！！跪谢！ Dear Miss.
